SUKKUR, Oct 5: Release of irrigation water to canals drawing from the Guddu Barrage will be discontinued with effect from Oct 10.
Farmers of the Begari Sindh feeder and Desert Pat feeder have been advised to manage irrigation of their land accordingly. All the municipal authorities using water from irrigation channels have been advised to store water, the announcement said.
