ISLAMABAD, Oct 4: Ms Tasnim Aslam, currently director-general of UN division at the Foreign Ministry, was on Tuesday appointed as the ministry’s spokesperson. Her appointment to the post was formally announced by the outgoing spokesman Mr Naeem Khan. Mr Naeem Khan has been appointed Pakistan’s ambassador to the Philippines. He will proceed to Manila next month.—QA
