Cardiff ODI tickets go on sale

LONDON, Oct 4: Tickets went on sale for floodlit One-day International between England and Pakistan to be staged at Sophia Gardens in Cardiff next year. The day-night match on Aug 30, will be first full limited overs international involving England to be played at Cardiff ground.

Cardiff has already played host to Pakistan when they took on Australia in 2001, in one of four neutral internationals to be held at the ground. The Ashes-winning England side are no strangers to Sophia Gardens either, having clashed with a Wales XI between 2002 and 2004 as warm-up matches prior to participation in NatWest Series.—Agencies
