Software for judicial sector launched

KARACHI, Oct 2: The Chief Justice of Sindh High Court, Justice Sabihuddin Ahmed, on Sunday launched the software “AGEHI”, calling it the first step in improving the efficiency of the judicial sector through the automation process.

He said this while addressing the software’s launching ceremony in the District Court, Karachi-East.

He said the software, pertaining to case flow management, had currently been launched in just one district of the city – District East – adding that other districts would be automated after its success.

He urged the judges of lower courts to get computer education as soon as possible so they could use computers themselves.—APP
