KARACHI, Sept 30: Additional district and sessions judge judicial complex Karachi on Friday acquitted four activists of the Harkatul Jihad Islami in an explosive substance case.

Mohsin Khan, Saeed Omer, Asghar and Zahid were prosecuted for possessing explosive substance material.

The court after hearing case observed that the prosecution had failed to prove evidence against the accused besides recovery of explosive were not proved from the possession of the accused.

The court ordered the release of accused if not involved in other cases.—PPI
