ISLAMABAD, Sept 29: President Gen Pervez Musharraf and his Afghan counterpart Hamid Karzai on Thursday afternoon held telephonic conversation and discussed matters of mutual interests.
Both the leaders expressed satisfaction over the way bilateral relationship and cooperation were developing. President Musharraf extended invitation to Hamid Karzai to visit Pakistan which the Afghan president accepted. The date for the visit would be finalized by foreign ministries of the two countries after Ramazan.—APP
