NAIROBI: Two Kenyan MPs hid out in parliament on Thursday to avoid arrest by police who want to question them about their role in disrupting a meeting about a proposed constitution which ended in mayhem. Reuben Ndolo and David Mwenje, who oppose the proposed constitution, on which Kenyans will vote in a Nov. 21 referendum, are protected from arrest while inside the parliament building in the capital Nairobi.—Reuters
