Terrorism bid foiled

MIRAMSHAH, Sept 28: Acting on a tif, paramilitary forces foiled an attempt of sabotage by defusing three missiles in the North Waziristan Agency.

It learnt that two passers-by informed the paramilitary troops here on Wednesday morning that some miscreants had planted three missiles on the northwest hills to target official installations.

The forces started operation in the area near Afghan border and after locating the missiles defused them. The passers-by were also awarded special cash prizes.—Online
