Ashraf shines


KARACHI, Sept 28: Opener Ashraf Ali missed the coveted three-figure mark by three runs as SSGC outclassed Aria Academy from Afghanistan by seven wickets on Wednesday.

Ashraf, who slammed 11 fours and two sixes in scoring 97 off 100 balls, dominated the first-wicket partnership of 134 with Mohammad Zafar (37) as SSGC overhauled Aria Academy’s total of 158 in the 31st over.
