2 motorcycles hijacked in Nawabshah

NAWABSHAH, Sept 25: Some armed men hijacked two motorcycles of two police officials in different incidents near Daur on Saturday. ASI Mohammad Ali Zardari of the Daur police station was coming from his duty on his private motorcycle and reached near Sher Ali Shah area when some unidentified armed men stopped him.

They snatched his motorbike at gun point.

On the resistance, the armed men beat him up and drove away the bike.

In another incident, some unidentified armed men hijacked a motorcycle from PC Saeen Bux Zardari of the Daur police station near Sher Ali Shah while he was on his way to the police station.

The armed men escaped after committing the crime.

No FIR was lodged at the Daur police station till the filing of this report.

Head Munshi of the Daur police station said that enquiry was being conducted after which FIR would be lodged.
