KARACHI, Sept 22: The Sindh High Court on Thursday set aside life sentence awarded to three men in a murder case. However, the conviction of one of the appellant was upheld. Ghayasuddin, Moinuddin, Abdul Jalil and Bachu Mian were convicted by the additional district and session judge central Karachi for murdering Phool Mian and injuring Dulal in a family dispute in Liaquatabad on Oct 30, 1996.—PPI
