The party’s policy decision on provincial level was taken at a meeting in Ziarat, on Tuesday.

Senator Saeed Ahmed Hashmi and other PML district-level leaders attended the meeting.

The meeting decided to empower the PML district-level office-bearers to enter into alliance with others parties according to party policy and protecting party’s interests.

Provincial Minister Sardar Masood Ahmed Luni informed the chief minister that negotiation had been completed successfully between the PML and JUI-F for mustering support for the slot of district and tehsil nazims in Loralai.

The leaders of JUI-F, headed by former provincial minister Maulana Amir Zaman, met the chief minister and discussed the PML-JUI alliance at the district-level. Mr Yousuf told them that he had empowered all PML district presidents and MPAs to forge alliances with other parties keeping in view the local environment for the third phase of local body polls.
