Explosive seized at border

LANDI KOTAL (Khyber Agency), Sept 15: The political authorities on Thursday seized explosive material and foreign-made fabrics from a minibus at the border with Afghanistan in Torkhum. The Khasadar force seized at least 2,023 dynamites and 23 rolls of foreign fabrics hidden in the minibus carrying an Afghan family back to Afghanistan.

The force arrested driver Nangyalai and impounded the vehicle at the Landi Kotal tehsil office.

The family travelling in the bus was shifted to another vehicle for their journey to Afghanistan.
