KARACHI, Sept 14: The Sindh High Court has expressed annoyance over the irresponsible and negligent manner of Sindh government officials who failed to produce a notification regarding territorial limits of CDGK before court despite several directions.

The court was hearing the petition of Merryland Builders and Developers against excess amount of stamp duty by the Sindh Revenue department.

“It is very painful and agonizing to observe that the officials of provincial government are not able to locate notification specifying territorial limits of the biggest City District Government of the country,” SHC division bench noted in the order.—PPI
