KARACHI, Sept 7: Counsel for Asif Zardari on Wednesday questioned the accountability court’s reported decision to cancel Mr Zardari’s bail in BMW case. In a statement issued here on Wednesday, Senator Farooq H. Naek maintained that “the bail of Senator Asif Ali Zardari has not been cancelled.
“The accountability court has no right to cancel the bail because it was granted by the Supreme Court.”
