Raheel shines

ISLAMABAD, Sept 5: Raheel Majeed shone with both bat and ball on Sunday leading Asif Memorial Club into the quarterfinals of the Inter-club cricket championship with a 213-run defeat of Shaheen Club. The dashing opener scored a blazing 192 as his club hit up 362 for four in 50 overs. So ruthless was Raheel that he belted 27 fours and three sixes.

Putting the bat aside, Raheel picked up the ball to inflict more damage capturing 5-34 in a deadly spell as Shaheen crashed to 149 in just over 35 overs.
