LAHORE, Sept 2: The qualifying round of the ITF junior tennis championship begins at the Bagh-i-Jinnah from Saturday. Besides Pakistan, players from India, Thailand and Malaysia compete in the qualifying round and also in the main round. The first ITF junior championship concluded in Islamabad on Friday in which no Pakistani player could enter the semifinals in any category.—BoC
