Asif discharged after angioplasty
NEW YORK, Sept 1: Pakistan People’s Party leader Asif Ali Zardari was discharged from a hospital here on Thursday after he had angioplasty to relieve his heart condition. According to sources, Mr Zardari will recuperate in New York for four to five weeks before leaving for London.
A spokesman here said that so far there were no plans for Benazir Bhutto to come here to be with her husband during his recuperation.—Correspondent
