QUETTA, Aug 31: The Sibi anti-terrorism court on Tuesday awarded capital punishment to 11 accused in absentia for killing eight people. Judge Mohammad Ismail Baloch awarded death penalty on eight counts to each of the accused when the prosecution proved that they had killed eight people, including former union council nazim Arbab Wali Mohammed, on Feb 16 in Bhag.
