ISLAMABAD, Aug 25: Acting Chief Election Commissioner Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar has directed the Inspector-Generals of all the four provinces to submit detailed reports about violence during the second phase of elections. He said the commission had received reports about 22 deaths in the country all outside polling stations. “Initial reports suggest that all the clashes took place outside the polling stations mainly owing to old enmity.”
