LAHORE, Aug 23: The registration of religious seminaries should be treated as an administrative issue, not political, says a PML leader. Dr Nabila Tariq, the provincial joint secretary, said in a statement that President Musharraf wanted to bring seminaries into the mainstream.
She said it was regrettable that some ulema wanting to monopolize religion and politics were misleading the nation on the subject.
