Three customs inspectors in NAB custody


PESHAWAR, Aug 23: The Accountability Court on Tuesday granted 13 day’s physical remand of three customs inspectors to NAB authorities for their alleged involvement in financial embezzlements and malpractices amounting millions of rupees.

Accountability Court Judge Said Maroof Khan after granting physical remand has fixed Sept 5 next for hearing.

On Tuesday, customs inspectors Manzar Shah, resident of Rashakai of district Nowshera, Fida Mohammad, resident of Par Hoti in district Mardan and Muzzamal Hussain, resident of Afghan Colony, Peshawar were produced in the accountability court seeking physical remand of the accused.—APP
