Shahzad shines

ISLAMABAD, Aug 15: A fine all-round display by Man-of-the-Match Shahzad Ahmed helped Essco score a three-wicket win over Quaid-i-Azam Club in the opening match of the National Bank ICA Inter-club Super cricket championship on Sunday.

Shahzad’s innings of 42 saw Essco overhaul Quaid Club’s total of 181 for the loss of seven wickets with Abdul Qayyum (34) and Rauf Akbar (34) also making useful contributions.
