Lahore, Taxila win

PESHAWAR, Aug 11: Lahore and Taxila advanced to the next round after securing victories in the All-Pakistan basketball tournament on Thursday. Lahore defeated Mission Hospital 70-68. For Lahore Azeem scored 20.

In the second match Taxila defeated St. John Cathedral Church by 62-40.

Romail John (20) was the main scorers while brothers Shakeel Pervez and Adil Pervez scored 11 baskets each for St. Johns Cathedral.—APP
