ISLAMABAD, Aug 11: Pakistan Television (PTV) is to organise competitions in table tennis, hockey, football and cricket in connection with the Independence Day. The table tennis tournament which will have men’s singles and doubles events will be contested at the PTV Headquarters in Islamabad.

The football match at the PSB Grounds on Aug 14 will feature PTV and Islamabad Football Association teams while the hockey match will pit PTV against Army at the Army Stadium on Saturday.

In cricket, the PTV team will take on ARL at the ARL Ground on Aug 14.
