KARACHI, Aug 11: The teaching process at the Federal Urdu University for Arts, Science and Technology will remain suspended up to Aug 20 in connection with the coming local body polls.

This was announced by registrar of the university, Abdul Haleem, here on Thursday.

He said that the teaching and non-teaching staffs of the varsity have been assigned the duty in connection with the forthcoming local body election.

Therefore, the teaching process at the institution will remain suspended from Aug 11 to 20.

However, the other staff of the varsity will continue to remain in their offices, the announcement further pointed out.—APP
