Anti-polio drive begins today

SUKKUR Aug 8: All arrangements have been finalized for administering polio drops to 194,113 children during the campaign being launched from Aug 9 to 11 in the district.

This was stated in the official press note issued here on Monday.

The inaugural ceremony of the campaign was held at the Anwar Piracha Government Hospital where anti-polio drops were given to children.

ENVIRONENT: The federal as well as provincial governments are making sincere efforts to combat environmental pollution in order to ensure clean atmosphere in society, according to an official press statement issued here on Monday.
