OPD at MIC starts from tomorrow

MULTAN, Aug 6: The out-patient department at the Multan Institute of Cardiology (MIC) will start functioning from Aug 8. MIC sources told APP here on Saturday that a paediatric cardiologist would also be available on every Saturday for children suffering from heart ailments.

Routine laboratory tests, ECG, and dental surgery and cardiology related tests will also be conducted at the OPD.

The sources said ETT, Eco-cardiography and X-ray facilities would also be made available at the department.

The facilities like emergency ward, angiography and surgery would be available by the next year, they added.

Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi will formally inaugurate the OPD soon.
