KARACHI, Aug 6: The Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi, said on Saturday that the students who could not submit their Information Technology examination forms can submit them latest by Aug 10 at the Board’s office.
It further advised the candidates who passed their matriculation examination with computer science in 2004 and were given admission in 2005 in XI Pre-Medical, to submit their exam forms and fees for SSC supplementary exam in the subject of biology. If they do not pass their biology exam the same year, they would not be eligible to appear in 2nd year exams 2006.
The BIE has also warned the students seeking admission to first year classes in private colleges to get confirmation from its recognition section whether the institution in question was affiliated by it or not.
Meanwhile, the Sindh Board of Technical Education declared results of Technical School Certificate, Matric Technical Part-II annual exam 2005, with a pass percentage of 47.44.
First position in the overall merit list was clinched by Ayesha Ahmed of Al-Habib Technical School, who secured 93.04 per cents marks in General Elect-rician trade. Second and third positions went to Jawad Ahmed (Computer trade) of Ideal Gram-mar and Technical School and Human Haider (Computer trade) of D M R Technical School.
