KARACHI, Aug 4: The Sindh High Court on Thursday adjourned the hearing of an appeal by Dr. Akmal Waheed and his brother Dr Arshad Waheed who challenged their conviction by a trial court on charges of harbouring, providing medical treatment to Junduallah activists.
The appeal, which was fixed before SHC’s division bench, comprising Justice Syed Ali Aslam Jaffery and Justice Azizullah M Memon, could not be taken up for want of time.
