KARACHI: Order reserved on Salma’s plea

KARACHI, Aug 4: An accountability court reserved on Thursday order on the acquittal application of Begum Salma Ahmed, a former member of the National Assembly, who was arrested on March 7 on corruption charges.

Judge Mrs Qaiser Iqbal of the AC-1 fixed Aug 20 for the pronouncement of order after hearing the arguments from the defence and prosecution attorneys on the application filed under Section 265-K of the CrPC.
