By Our Sports Correspondent

LAHORE, Aug 2: South Korean Baseball Federation (SKBF) will send a senior coach to Pakistan, arriving on Nov 14, to prepare Pakistan team for the seventh Asia Cup to be held at Islamabad in April, 2006.

Pakistan Federation of Baseball and Softball (PFBS) secretary Khawar Shah said on Tuesday that the SKBF would convey the name of coach to Pakistan soon.

The secretary said that the federation had chalked out a comprehensive programme to prepare the team for the Asia Cup.

To induct young talent in the national team, a month long training camp would be held at the Iqbal Parks Sports Complex from Aug 20.

Trials to pick under-18 players for the training camp, would be held at the same venue on Aug 14, he said.
