Blasts rock Jacobabad, Sukkur

Dawn Report

JACOBABAD, July 30: Three explosions rocked Jacobabad and Sukkur on Saturday night. Two bomb blasts in Jacobabad injured two passersby and one of them created a four-foot crater on a road. Unidentified miscreants had planted a bomb at Ghousia Mohalla and another along the Quaid-i-Azam Road. The two went off with big bangs with an interval of ten minutes.

From the site of a blast, police arrested a suspect, whose name they refused to disclose and took him to an undisclosed place. In Sukkur, an explosion was heard from the premises of the district and session court.
