KARACHI: Light rain forecast


KARACHI, July 30: The Met Office has forecast cloudy weather with chances of light rain in Karachi on Sunday with maximum temperature expected to range between 32 and 34 degrees Centigrade.

Rain/thunderstorm is likely to occur at a few places of Hyderabad, Dadu, Thar, Thatta, Badin, Umerkot, Mirpurkhas and Sanghar districts of lower Sindh; and at one or two places in Sukkur, Larkana, Ghotki, N.Feroz, Khairpur, Nawabshah, Shikarpur and Jaccobabad districts of upper Sindh. Rain/thunderstorm is also forecast for one or two places in Zhob and Kalat.

The highest maximum temperature of 43.1°C was recorded at Sibi and the lowest minimum temperature of 17°C at Kalat. —PPI
