Exchange fleeces customers
LAHORE, July 29: The PTCL cantonment exchange staff is allegedly charging extra money for installing telephone connections. A complainant told Dawn on Friday that a telephone connection was not installed without paying a few thousand rupees to the linemen besides the fee.
He alleged that SDO Malik Ataullah was responsible for the malpractice. — Staff Reporter
