KARACHI, July 29: The deputy convener of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement‘s coordination committee, Dr Farooq Sattar, said after the completion of the ongoing cleanliness campaign, a plantation drive would be commenced.

He was talking to the residents of Landhi during his visit to review the cleanliness campaign in the area.

Lauding people’s cooperation in the cleanliness drive, Dr Sattar called upon them to participate in the upcoming plantation drive as well. He asked the concerned officials to ensure that every street and road of the city was neat and clean.

Dr Sattar visited various localities of the Landhi Town and the complaint centre for cleanliness.

The member of the coordination committee, Wasi Jaleel, and other concerned officials were also present.—APP
