Lahore emerge champions
LAHORE, July 26: Lahore won the Punjab Inter-district swimming championship on Tuesday at Bahawalpur. In a competition participated by Faisalabad, Bahawalpur, Jhang and Sahiwal, Lahore’s swimmers won under-12, 14 and 16 events while Faisalabad claimed the under-18 title. Moid Mustafa won the under-12 title, Muhammad Ali Khan topped in the under-14 competition and Mursil Mahmood finished first in the under-16 championship. Faisalabad which took the runners-up spot won the under-18 event through Zeeshan Ahmad. —APP
