PESHAWAR, July 26: The adviser to the prime minister for social welfare and women development, Nilofar Bakhtiar, inaugurated a district resource and women crisis centre, at Hayatabad, on Tuesday.
The adviser said, while addressing on the occasion, the centre was established to solve the problems of women. She asked women to work hard for the development of the country and urged them to take active part in the local body elections.
The ceremony was also attended by provincial minister for population, Kashif Azam, MPA Nighat Orakzai, Tahira Bukhari and Dilshad Bhatti.—APP
