LAHORE, July 22: Former Olympian Navid Alam has blamed both the players and the team management responsible for poor seventh position of the Pakistan team in the Junior World Cup held in Holland. Navid was of the view that the PHF provided all facilities to the team management, therefore, it was not responsible for the dismal show.

But when asked, if the PHF’s decision of making frequent changes in the team management for the last three years did not play a negative role, he failed to give any satisfactory reply saying those who were engaged in the team management should consider all aspects, before signing the deal with the PHF.

No less than six team managements were changed in last three years under the pretext of its preparations for the World Cup.
