KARACHI: Wedding guests robbed

KARACHI, July 15: A wedding ceremony was interrupted late Thursday night in DHA when armed suspects looted guests and hosts at gunpoint, making their escape with around one crore rupees. The four dacoits entered the house of a businessman in Phase-V. They held the participants hostage at gunpoint and collected cash (Rs2 million), gold ornaments (Rs6 million), 17,000 US dollars and other foreign currency. They took away 17 cellular phones from guests.
