PESHAWAR, July 11: The 14th District Swat Inter-club hockey championship, involving 14 clubs, will commence from Thursday at Swat Sports Complex. A three-day umpire clinic would also be organized. International umpire Muhammad Asif was expected to conduct the clinic, he added. The tournament will be played on league basis.

The clubs are: Swat-B, Swat XI, Eleven Stars, Shining Stars, Swat Red, Swat Junior, Chalyar Club, National Stars, Kamber XI, Odigram XI, Swat Combined, Bagh Club, Malakand Tiger, Takat Bahi Club.—APP
