AJK PM to visit US, UK

ISLAMABAD, July 9: The Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Sardar Sikandar Hayat Khan is to undertake a two-week tour of the United Kingdom and the United States to project the Kashmir cause in the context of ongoing peace process between Pakistan and India. He will fly to London on Sunday and will meet Kashmiris residing in Britain the next day. On July 12, the AJK chief executive will leave for Washington to attend a two-day International Kashmir Conference there on July 14 and 15.

Th AJK premier will apprise the participants of the Kashmir conference of the standpoint of Kashmiris on permanent settlement of the Kashmir issue.

He will also interact with American public opinion leaders during his Week-long stay in the US.—APP
