MIRPURKHAS, July 5: Leaders of different parties criticized the Sindh government for sowing seeds of discord among people by bifurcating historical districts and talukas of the province which may prove dangerous. They were speaking at an all party conference held on Monday at the Jilani House. It was organised by the PPP Mirpurkhas district.

The conference was presided over by divisional president and PP Parliamentarians MNA, Pir Aftab Hussain Shah Jilani.

They lamented that there was no writ of the government in Sindh and pieces of bifurcated districts and talukas were divided among coalition partners.

They opposed bifurcation of Mirpurkhas taluka as it would create difficulties for people.

They demanded suspension of Arbab-led government before local body elections to ensure free and fair polls in Sindh. They called upon the government to allow leaders of political parties to return to the country, put an end to killing of political and religious parties leaders’ without delay, release of political prisoners and an end to political victimization.

Those who addressed the conference included PPP District President Haji Noor Hassan Chandio, Ali Akbar Panhwar, JI district Ameer, Ahsan Illahi Mughal and Lala Noor Muhammad, Moulana Abdul Hafeez Siyal of JUI-F Moulana Hifzur Rehman Faiz, Abdul Majeed of PML-N and Aslam Qureshi, Mufti Shareef Saeedi of JUP, Mohammad Altamash Sabir of ST and Abdul Latif Qadri, Mohammad Hashim advocate of Jamiat Ahl-e-Hadees, Faqeer Qaisar Khan Mari of JSQM, Aqeel Memon of STPP, Furqan Mushtaque Qaimkhani of Mazdoor Kissan Party and Abdul Salam of Mohajir Qaumi Movement.
