LAHORE, July 4: The second batch of child jockeys scheduled to be arrived from the United Arab Emirates on Tuesday (today) has been delayed. According to a Child Protection and Welfare Bureau spokesman, the delay is caused owing to some procedural requirements. The first batch of 22 child jockeys had arrived here over a week ago.
