Karachi, June 29: The LSR (low supply reservoir) hydrant, situated behind the Civic Centre, will be closed on Thursday. A decision to this effect was taken at a meeting held at the Rangers headquarters on Tuesday to make alternative arrangements of supplying water to people dependent on the LSR.
According to a press release, Rangers director-general Maj-Gen Javed Zia has directed the officials to ensure that the public must not be affected in the wake of the closure of the hydrant and their water supply must be ensured.
