KARACHI, June 27: The two-day workshop for deputy directors of the Sindh Employees’ Social Security Institution on the topic of “Organizational Communication” concluded here on Monday. A total of 15 Sessi deputy directors attended the workshop. Lectures were also delivered to the participants by experts of the Population Welfare Institute.
Speaking on the occasion, Sessi Vice-Commissioner Rasool Bukhsh Phulpoto said that irrespective of the profession and trade, the importance of ‘communication’ and ‘relation’ was increasing day by day.
“A professional can improve his performance by achieving expertise in communication, as it helps a professional to resolve complicated and sensitive issues of his organization,” he added.
Mr Phulpoto asked the participants to implement what they had learnt in the two-day training session while discharging their professional responsibilities.
Later, Sessi vice-commissioner awarded certificates to participants of the workshop.—PPI
