Suzuki gears up to meet demand

KARACHI, June 27: Pak Suzuki Motor Company Limited Managing Director Kenichi Ayukawa has said that the company has geared up its effort to meet the current demand in order to eliminate the menace of premiums and long delays in delivery of vehicles. He said that the expansion of production from 50,000 last year to 80,000 units this year would substantially contribute to the growth of auto industry besides addressing the problems of premiums and late delivery.

Speaking at a ceremony of the company “A landmark achievement – the rolling out of 100,000 Suzuki CNG vehicles”, he said that with the increased supply of vehicles to the market the premiums would decline and the waiting period.

He said that the company would continue to invest further to meet the rising requirement of cars in Pakistan, says a press release.
