ISLAMABAD June 25: Federal Minister for Water and Power Liaquat Ali Jatoi has called upon the World Bank and donors from developed countries to come forward to help provide safe drinking water to the people of developing and poor countries. Mr Jatoi said this while speaking at the 16th session of Monaco World Summit in Cans Montana Forum in Monaco (principality of nations), according to a message received in the ministry. The minister stated that water was source of life which the developed countries and donor agencies had to come forward to at least provide safe water to the people of developing countries.—Staff Reporter
