Shaukat’s goal proves decisive
KARACHI, June 24: A late Amir Shaukat’s winner helped Sindh Government Press (SGP) defeat PWD to reach National Challenge Cup soccer final after a 2-1 win at CDGK Stadium on Friday.
Manzoor Danpat of SGP netted the first goal off a right side pass in the 33rd minute before Mohammad Ramzan equalised for PWD converting a penalty kick a minute before halftime.
Amir slammed the match-winner with a free kick from 20 yards a minute before time.
