Sindh teams for Islamabad
KARACHI, June 23: A 13-member Sindh swimming and waterpolo squad left on Thursday for Islamabad to take part in the 46th National Swimming Championship and 6th National Water Polo Championship scheduled to be held at Islamabad.
The three-day National swimming will be held at Pakistan Sports Board Complex Islamabad from June 27 while National Water Polo will be contested at same venue from June 30 to July 2.
The squad was trimmed to nine-member after a short training camp which concluded at Habib Public School.
Jawwad Kamani will lead the team. Other members of the team are: Bilal Aijaz, Mudassar Saleem, Agha Shahwar, Adnan Ismail, Sohaib Ahmed, Zohaib Hassan, Adnan Zaheer and Suleman Saadat.
Abdul Ghafoor (coach) Farooq Ali (manager), Iftikhar Ali (Associate manager) are the officials of team.—APP
